Return Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days days from the date of delivery.
- The following items are not eligible for return: swimwear, lingerie, personalized/customized items, used products.

Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it. Ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.

Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your return. We do not assume any liability for lost or damaged return shipments.
